New Owner/Management brought down nice apartment complex

This complex used to be nice and quiet, but since new owners/management company, rents outrageously raised and no maintenance whatsoever. Plus loud, inconsiderate tenants moved in and with thin walls and windows makes it impossible to relax. Laundry rooms used to be closed and locked at 10 pm. Now anyone can do laundry at 2 am and they do! Not to mention anyone can sleep or urinate in them and they do! Office staff can be rude and will also ignore requests for fixes until you nag them. It is too bad, I raised my daughter here and would have liked to be able to stay, but it isn't worth it.
