very happy until new management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004   i lived there for a long time but moved out when a property management company bought the place. here are my comments with the new management: PROS - apartments are a nice size - 2 covered carports for each apartment - convenient location - grounds are kept relatively clean - onsite manager keeps watch like a guard dog. she's very nice. - fairly quiet CONS - good luck finding parking for guests. there are only 2 guest parking spaces. you may park along a brick wall @ one end of the complex; however, you risk having your car scratched/hit by cars entering the driveway. - the actual management company that owns the place is very unprofessional. rude/slow to respond to requests/only care about $$$ - very expensive for what you get. no pool/ungated/locks on your doors are a joke. - only 3 washers/dryers for 23 or 24 units. it's difficult trying to do your laundry because the machines are usually filled. overall, i was happy with my apartment but had to move out when they raised the rent. it just wasn't worth what they wanted us to pay. there are cheaper options.
