Above average apartment complex From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   We have been living here for 4 years. I like the layout, very spacious for the price we are paying. Management is decent and the maintenance guy is awesome. Neighborhood is very safe and we haven't had any problems with our neighbors. Only bad thing is the rent increase!! They have raised our rent at least $60 dollars EVERY year that we've been there. Also they make you pay for water and trash.
