Beware - renting from AIMCO, a corporate behemoth will cause you nightmares. The vast majority of the positive ratings on this site are written by their shills in the management office. Read and ask your self, what tenat would write this' The sales person will smile and be kind to get you to sign a lease and get their commission. After that, you are nothing. If you complain they will call you hostile and tell you you are not allowed in the office. This is the same accross the US. AIMCO owns hundred of apartments accross the country and have caused a great deal of grief to tenants when living there and mostly when leaving. You are an idiot and I am not a shill as you call me! I am an actual resident and find it humorous that you have been banned from the office. Throughout my several years here I have had to make complaints to mgmt but she was fine about it and took care of my issue immediately. If you have been thrown out of the office you must have no manners and have been out of control. Both of the ladies in the office are very nice. In fact I try and stay outof the office because I get stuck in there chit chatting with them. Its people like you that give decent places a bad name!
