We rented when they first renovated and became cedar ridge...What they didn't tell us and upon some research of my own, they were formerly Lincoln Apartments. This was home to large rats, cockroaches, and overall pest problems. At the time we rented a $1325 2br 845sq ft apartment which seemed so small.
Office people originally were helpful, but when they were changed with new people that changed as well. Office manager had a pet, yet no one else could. He parked in red zones all the time, yet no one else could.
P.S. an unknown body was found dead in the pool, and it was never drained and cleaned, it was only closed for about 3 days....SICK, SICK, SICK...

This person clearly did not communicate with the office. The managers were females from 1999 on and none ever had a pet. The young woman who sadly drowned in the pool was a resident who jumped the fence after hours. And as far as cleaning the pool, the proper treatment was done! Obviously this person does not know what chlorine is for. People who are alive and swimming in a pool pee, spit, etc. more than one woman could do in death. How disrespectful!!
