Nice complex in quiet area. Ants and spiders
were a problem from time to time. They require very thorough cleaning at
move-out,including professional carpet cleaning. It seems that unless your
leave your apartment absolutely spotless, they charge a two-hour minimum for each
type of cleaning they will have to follow-up with. So you might not want to waste a lot of effort scrubbing and hoping that
you will get your entire deposit back (how
my wrist hurted after all the scrubbing!).
While their requirements for move-out condition are strict, their cleaning rates
are very reasonable.
