dont move here. there's an asian leasing agent who will increase the rate. i'm not sure if she's on commission, but if you decide to move-in say several weeks after a unit is available, she will tack on another $300-$400 and she calls it "flexible moving". there is no such thing. if she pulled this on you, report Avalon and the woman to the department of housing. this place is really old and you can smell mildew. the walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors from all corners. parking is bad. you can get another place that is better. this place is not luxury and they may sell you as that, but they are not.
