MY RECOMMENDATION... STAY AWAY FROM CEDAR RIDGE..=(

I've lived in Cedar Ridge for 12 months. When I first moved in here I remember the property manager is knowledgable she is helpful, the entire apartment environment is nice and clean. It attracted me and signed a year contact with them.. Daly City has no rental control I thought it's ok as far it's worth it. I really can't remember from when. There are bad tenents moving in. They left trash, the broken TV and broken sofa in their patio that everyone can see when you walk by.. dog's dropping all along the glass area.. that in-door zuccuzi tub is so dirty that it scare me away from using it. The vehicle in the carport is parked unattended for long and it was so dirty. And last week I spot two tenent's vehicles got very nasty with the cracked eggs all over the car body places in the carport. My overall experience in Cedar Ridge is very dissatisfied. I decided to move out when my lease is over.
