Crown Colony is a nice place to live. Here are my pros and cons:

Pros:
Beautifully maintained grounds
Safe
Quiet (depends on the neighbors - mine were good ones)
Allows small pets
1BR/1BA is spacious-the living room is huge
My apartment modernized
Many people own their own condo, so things are more well taken care of
Close to SSF BART and has a shuttle to Colma BART mornings & evenings
Pools, sauna and jacuzzi are nice
Side gate from Mandarin Way allows visitors to park close to my unit

Cons:
With only one space per unit, most visitor parking is taken by owners/renters
Living near a lot of people has an inherent downside

Overall, I have enjoyed my time living there. It is much better than other apartment complexes at which I've lived in the Bay Area.

Bull crap!! that place is Horrible!!! please don't listen to there rating!! honestly everything about this place sucks..no parking ever after 5pm, Gyms are nasty and small, pool has green algae, the security guards are the worst, The HA's are all wenches, tree pollen gets all over cars oh and not to mention SAP that never comes off, umm lets see the walls are paper thin so that means you can hear everything, people steal from the laundry and most of the people are rude..i can go on and on abut this place but after all I just said I hope you really think twice about this place..they should tear it down and make another graveyard which by the way is right on the side of the pool so when you feel like taking a dip or just wanna relax pool side your lovely view is of dead peoples tomb stones.
