Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
from experience don't rent here. we had a noisy upstairs neighboor making noise at all times, loud music. etc... told landlord " Natan " she could care less.. maintenance inside my apt.. she could care less. but she has pergo floor and curtains instead of the vinyl blinds that we cannot replace.. this is a nightmare.. trust me.
