Bad management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/21/2001 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001   I cannot tolerate the unreasonable rent increase on this appartment complex. They review rent on half year basis, and they only offer half year lease term. For example, they have 33% rent increase in 2000. Now 2001, economy goes bad and they still do not plan to adjust the rent on review. They keep raising the rent on half year basis. So I have surprise on every 6 months. The leasing office never review these facts to future residents. Be careful!
