Ok apartments but bad management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/5/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Ok place but management is really rude and incompetent. The way i see it the pros and cons are as follows: pros: 1. Good view from the out side. 2. Close to the city. 3. Decent floor plan. CONS: 1. Trash everywhere during the weekend or on a holiday. 2. The equipment in the work out room is always broken (at least one of the three machines are always out of order). 3. Management refuses to treat the existing customers as good as new ones. They refuse to give the same rental rates or incentives. 4. MOLD ... MOLD and MOLD everywhere there is a hint of dampness. 5. Highway noise....in all of the apartments. 6. No place to babeque.....the only place is a windy noisy plot of grass next ot trash bin. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
