Not recommended!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/9/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   A friend of mine and her family lived there from 1991-2003. 12 years. For 12 years of dedication, the rent went from $850 a month for a 2 bedroom, to over $1500 per month. They ended up blocking the street off, reducing the amount of parking spaces. The only positive thing that happend during the years is cars stopped getting broken into and they got rid of the security guard that was sleeping in the front. They allow the police to enter the property and ticket the residents who park in the red zone. Getting rid of the extra parking spaces was the biggest mistake.
