Skyline Heights

Management Staff are all incompetent! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I have lived in Skyline Heights for 2 1/2 years. The apartments have nothing but mold, issues in car vandalism and management not capable of answering your questions, in a truthful way! Their manager, Abby Barcelona does not even know how to pronounce my name. I don't know how she got to her position as a manager, she has no knowledge of anything' And her new help, Jennifer, she too does not know how to speak straight! Did they just came from the islands' They are totally awfull. They put all property managers to shame' I will be moving somewhere soon. I have to tell all my friends about this "Hell Hole". Yakkkkkk!
