Westlake Village Apartments

Stay Away from Westlake Village, especially on Poncetta Dr!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/25/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Westlake Village is the absolute worst place I have ever rented. I live in one of the buildings on Poncetta Dr. Bad things: *Its like the projects, its ghetto *Neighbors are rude *People who hang outside yelling profanities at 3am *NO PARKING *The hallways in building 15 are always a mess. It smells like a strip club in there. Someone always trashes the place with old food, garbage weekley. *The 'lobby' door is always broken *I had a leaky roof and water leaking out of light switches...IT TOOK THEM A WEEK TO FOLLOW UP ON THAT... Do not rent from here if you think you deserve a safer, cleaner, and sane place to live. Good Things: *Close to SFSU I am paying my last rent in a couple weeks, then I'm out of here...
