WESTLAKE VILLAGE IS A RIP-OFF! THE RENT IS EXTREMELY HIGH FOR THE TYPE OF NEIGHBORHOOD YOU'LL BE LIVING IN ( GHETTO ). AND AT ITS OPTION, THEY WILL APPLY CHARGES TO YOU FOR DAMAGES/NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR AND FINDER'S FEES. NOT FAIR AT ALL!!!
YOU WILL HAVE TO DEAL/LIVE WITH GHETTO-LOUD NEIGHBORS, SHOPPING CARTS IN THE COURTYARD, TRASH ON THE SIDEWALKS, THEIVES, AND THE FOG. CARS GET BROKEN INTO OR STOLEN ALL THE TIME, EVEN IN W.V.A.'S PRIVATE GARAGES.
IT'S NOT WORTH IT, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND LOOK FOR AN APT ELSEWHERE!!!
