If you don't mind things broken for months, go ahead & rent!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The people at Westlake never inform people when they;re doing maintenance and I *still* have a faulty plug from when I moved into my apartment six months ago! It takes multiple calls to get any maintenence done and a lot of cranky neighbors.
