APARTMENT MANAGEMENT IS VERY UN-RESPONSIVE.
YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO THREATEN LAWSUITS ALL THE TIME TO GET ANYTHING DONE.

DO NOT RENT HERE, STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE
