Westlake Village Apartments

OMG It's not as bad as they all say! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/23/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   The one thing I hate about Westlake is the weather. It is foggy in the Summer. The staff is nice. They response promptly to my request. Most of the time my maintenance request is done within 2 days. I didn't have any problem with mice. Those people must live like pigs. The location was perfect for me. It is close to BART, shopping center, and SFSU. I didn't have any problem with parking because I rented a space for $35 a month. I paid $995 for a one bedroom. Small but you get what you pay for. I lived there for 2 years while attending SFSU. That's cheap compare to the other properties near by. They only took out from my deposit is carpet cleaning. ($86) '' I think
