The Truth... Part 1

Ok, I guess I should just go about this and say whatever is on my mind. Im actually more about the truth than anything else. I go to AI (The Art Institute of California: San Francisco). You should notice the bright red AI symbol on Market Street.
Anyways, our Student housing - half in the Fillmore apartments and the other unfortunate half in Westlake apartments. When I moved here from NH, there was only the Westlake option open. Well, comming from a -----outback community in the hick town of NH, I should know the truth about this place.

I have never lived on my own, and never lived in California before. When I came here, I felt like I was a drone in the aspect of ghetto society. Never have I seen so many apartments bundled so close together, nor, so many kids running around screaming... stompinmg those feet of theirs as they ran by. Especially those Indian families... gawd how many kids do they have. No respect for anything that isnt their race. I swear.
I live in the largest of the buildings they have available. Building 25 Poncetta Drive. I know for a fact that the third floor was burnt to a crisp a year ago. Which was disturbing to see the maintence prevail to the construction that had to be taken, in terms of how much work they had to do... and how postponed it was. (Imagine living in a shabby apartment to be abandoned for two weeks afterwards).
Anyways, Im sure you want to know what a day in the life is like here. Amongst all the students who have lived here have moved out. Either because they got complaints from having thin walls or the huge diversity of people living here soo bundled together... which probally bothered them so. Or the fact that our school residential advisors would inspect our apartments (illegally... against the constitution) every two weeks.
I love it how the downstairs neighbors blast their subwoofer at all the times in the day. Fortunately, I have a 200 watt sub myself... nothing like having a few bass-wars with the sun faced-down on the floor to shut them up. (lol - I usually win -- good times). :)
When I forget my key to my apartment after a long 9 hour day at school... I cant find anything better than to hang out in the parking garage downstairs. Nothing beats staring at the huge leaks of water pouring into the basement.
O0o0o... lets dont forget the limited parking. My roommate has a car... and Im sure after 5PM... there is no way in hell your gonna find a parking spot... unless you either park illegally or park down two or three blocks from where you live.
Yes, the apartments are too small for the price you pay (especially if your in AI... mmm renting furnature for a schools profit isnt all that fine and dandy).
Hahaha... oh yea..., try getting some laundry done in the middle of the day during the workweek. Ha! Good try. If you do somehow get your laundry in the washer and your 5 mins late to take it out,.. your gonna find your clothes out in the middle of the hall. (Although, the washer and drier are pretty cheap compared to most places in the city).
Oh yea... that deposit that everyone talks about not getting back... from what I have heard is that THEY DO take out at least $200 for cleaning.... no matter how much you cleaned/fixed before the illegal aliens have come to inspect your apartment.
This place is like living in a huge science dome (something like Sim City 2000). Very sad really... this place should only be let for poor people and the ones that dont deserve to live in middle-class homes. Go ---- yourself if you have to live here. Seriously.
Deposit per each student is $500.
The rent is rounded to $800 per student each month. I have 3 other roommates... making 4 of us total. Which is about $3200. Whewww... what a ripoff!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although... I love it how you can break into so many cars soo easily. Hehe, the security of the downstairs parking garage is really easy to break in. For my roommate... I broke into one car.. stole their parking pass... made a scan of it... made a new one in photoshop and printed it out. Then, I went to RadioShack down the street,,, bought a 5 dollar remote-controlled garage opener.. and BAM!! Just tuned the frequency a little and those gates opened fine. Lol --- you move here and I bet your gonna get a smashy-smashy on your windshield... no matter where you live... Im probally gonna get to it sooner or later. Sorry.
Oh yea... this security that they have is a joke. They think they have authority in stopping everything they get a call for half the time. I pissed in one of the gaurd?s trucks? after he was talking to some elderly man to go home... ----!... was he surprised when he turned his truck and it wouldn?t move... ------ had to call maintenance (and even then those dumbasses coulsnt figure it out).
Oh mighty... this place is actually getting fun after a while. I used to be a good scared little kid... but this place has turned me. Have fun living at the Westlake ?luxory? apartments.
