I have been at Westlake Village Apartments for almost a full year now. I can say that there are times that the neigbors get loud, but nothing abnormal for this type of situation. WVA has almost 3000 units in reletive close proximity to themselves. I have learned they run an average of 90-95% occupancy rate. Thats roughly 2700 tenants and familys. Work is gernaly completed (with excpetions) within 2 days of calling it in. The large staff that works here is like any other large company, some people work harder and smarter than others, but for the most part they are fast and accurate. I have gotten a chance to meet some and get to know a lot of the ins and outs of the complex. I recomend that if you think the problems your are having here won't follow you to the next home, move.
Parking is a problem, no question.
The groundscrew should be awarded for the way they keep the lawns and trees trimmed, every morning they walk every square inch of the complex cleaning up behind the 5% of slobs that drop garbage where they please.
I don't call and complain enough to have any opinion of the office staff, maybe thats the secret, don't call for every little thing.
