I go to SF State and Westlake is convenient and reasonable. Transportation, hiways, shopping, entertainment, food all close by. Parking is tough sometimes but not too bad.
Some of the notes I've read are probably posted by some of the losers that don't pay their rent and get evicted.
My neighbors are extremely cool.
Don't know the office staff...never had to call. The outside landscapers and cleaning folks seem pretty cool tho.
I give this place a good rating !!
