Liers!!! Deposit is $2500!!! Hidden Fees $220 FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From: DoctorMichell Date posted: 10/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I went there to rent an apartment, they told me that deposit from $500 to $1000. We I came there we started to sign the lease and ONLY THEN they said that it's $2,500 (only for deposit!!!) They are such a liers!!! Plus when you get there you MUST pay $20 application fee for EACH PERSON, even if you are one family!!! And another $200 for holding an apartment keys. AWARE of those liers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
