Westlake Village Apartments

Too Noisey, high rent, admin staff slow with call back... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/31/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Not a good property management service! I'v been living at westlake village apts since Oct. 04 and I have had problems ever scince! Garbage area always dirty and raccons, skunks roam in the night! kids are runninng/playing in the carport area, laundry facillity always dirty and broken in to. Also, not a safe area at night (near joe's Westlake)... carport area very noisey all hours of the day...
