I moved out of Westlake Village because we bought a home, but I found my stay there to be very pleasant. Our neighbors were great, and the maintenance staff was very helpful. I can't say much about the office staff because I never really had to talk to them. Parking was bad, but we really liked our apartment. I guess not everyone has the same experience, but I thought it was nice for the price we were paying.
