The place is a dump; trash hsa not been cleaned up in 2 weeks. The maintenance staff is on strike and the place attracts vermin. Seriously, the seagulls are hovering about - just like the dump. This place is borderline uninhabitable and I have filed complaints with San Mateo County Health Dept. I am moving next month. I have written several letters and met with management, they are useless and lack any knowledge of customer service! Stay away from WVA!!!
