Westlake Village Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE!! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I only lived at Westlake Village apartments for ONE year! It is so dirty, the stairs were full of garbage, I would sometimes have to step over vomit and dirty diapers to just get up to my apt! Also, it was sooo noisy! I would call and complain and no one would do anything, the person answering the phone was rude as well. Then to make matters worse, when I moved out they charged me up the ying yang in cleaning costs! This is ridiculous. I am a clean freak, I left the apartment in better conditions than was given to me. There was not one speck of dust left in that place. Yet it has been 3 months since I moved out and no one will talk to me. I have called several times to dispute the charges, they keep telling me that Valerie Desouza and/or Vannessa from accounting will call me back. They tell me that they need to pull up the records and can only call me back within 6-8 days. 6-8 days go by and NOBODY calls me back. I have called a dozen times and still no response. It has now been 3 MONTHS!!! This is ridiculous, this is no way to treat their past, present, or future tenants. DO NOT RENT FROM WESTLAKE VILLAGE APARTMENTS!
