DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! This place is a BIG s*** hole! We have lived at Forest Grove Drive for ten months and we're ready to move out when our lease is up!!
It was only until later that I found out they rent these apartments to Section 8. Nothing against a little help from us taxpayers, but you can figure it out yourself what can of people will be your neighbors. I see small families cramp into a one bedroom apartment.
There was an overflowing sewage problem back in December. S*** was literally all over the dumpster area. I called maintenance and they came by to only pick up a matress that's been sitting there for a week. I guess the usual homeless guy who comes around couldn't fit that one in his cart. I had to call the non-emergency police department and have them contact management to clean up their s***, literally. It worked because any Section 8 buildings are afraid that the government will not pay them if something is not fixed immediately.
Not a pet-friendly place''' Not so true, almost every other apartment on each floor has a pet. Once in awhile, you will find dog feces in the walkway, which is filthy to begin with. There are shopping carts left around the complex. Some tenants even park their motorcycle in the garden area. Even worse, the garbage truck comes by every Saturday at 5am which is a BIG noise issue since every dumpster is right next to the building.
This place is just old and worn out. Lots of units don't even have a vent in the kitchen. Toilet is always clogged, garbage disposal always breaking, oven pilot always turns off, leaving you with a gas-filled apartment. The walls are sooo thin that you can hear your neighbor snore or cough. The ceiling and wall cracks when you or your neighbor is walking. Just lately, a weird bump started to "grow" under the hallway in our apartment. We have yet to attempt to find out what it is.
The staff...ah, the staff...they NEVER get back to you!
Believe everything negative that's said about this apartment complex. Anything positive was probably written by the management themselves. If you want a taste of the devil's work, this is your golden opportunity!!!
