It's like living in the projects.

Crime.

Trash everywhere which leads to rats, and a crap load of stay cats.
You'll never believe how hard it is to find parking, come 6pm it's impossible to park with 2 blocks of your apartment.

Noisy..paper thin walls

Maintence...lol....good luck getting someone to fix anything. Oh they may go look at the problem but never ever fix anything. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

I currently live in Eastmoor Ave apartments (WLV) and the grounds and parking are wonderful!!! neighbors are friendly too!!! nice views of trees too!!!! Thx.
