I swear the roofs are made out of a single layer of paper. IN every room of my house I can hear my upstairs neighbors TV. Absolutley no quiet anywhere in the APT. You can hear people talking, having sex, walking, anything up from you. It's ridiculous how bady constructed these apartments are. I lived in Park Merced before moving here, slightly more expensive maybe, but an extremely more comfortable living situation.

its true westlake apt. is a burgulars paradise. my neighbors were robbed in the daytime just a few weeks ago only 1 week after bringing a newborn home. it is not safe at all. my other neighbors were also robbed a few months ago. they went right through the front window which is in plain view in front of the apartment complex. it is believed that both incidents as well as vandalism on the building and vehicles is being done by the same wannabe thugs who hang out in front of the building. management is well aware of these druggies and the so called westlake security patrol is as well. but yet they refuse to remove these inconsiderate asswholes from the building. not a very family friendly place.

True, I have this problem in my building too 125 coronado avenue. Gosh name it , all the problem in this complex , rats in the wall dead and lives rats. bugs everywhere even in my partment and I don't open windows, but still coming, I think it is coming from the swere which really bad. Bugs in the wholeway, garbage area, parking garage. I can't wait until my lease is up !!!!!!!!!!!! rediculious place to even think about renting again here. The rent is not worth the place at all.
