LIVE HERE!!!! We just moved out last week. You can smell cigarette smoke from people who live around you, HOW''' THROUGH THE HEATING VENTS!!!! You hear the people upstairs AND downstairs. Kids are always throwing junk out the windows, destroying property and no one wants to say anything because the kids will come back and try to break in your place and cause damage or harm. One day the smoke alarm was going off in an apt for about 15 mins, we called security and the dispatch lady kept putting me on hold until I finally yelled at her that there may be a fire in the apt she finally listened to me but not without attitude. Then 20 mins go by and STILL NO SECURITY so we called the fire dept. They got there within 5 mins but STILL NO SECURITY. The firemen had to break down the door and GUESS WHAT THEY FOUND''''!'!'!'!' The lady that was living there forgot to turn off her stove and there was smoke coming out of the apt.... Security arrived about 20 mins after the firemen did... I could hear the firemen asking each other "where the hell is the security people at'''" Then we decided to ask why it took so long for the security people to get there and the guy gave us attitude and told us to mind our business. As I was walking away he said "that stupid B**CH" " I wasn't supposed to be in until now so I better not get in trouble for this" Then I heard him get on his cell phone and started talking to (I think) his girlfriend telling her that some stupid b**ch needs to get jumped for trying to get smart with him and that he was sorry that he didn't call her back because he got caught up with some bs in one apt. It is always dirty, smelly and gross there... Also you have drug dealers and Hookers that live there so if you want your kids to be exposed to that life style, I would suggest living here otherwise DON'T EVEN GIVE IT A CHANCE!!!! PLEASE!!!

I have similar experiences with West Lake Village. It is not worth taking that risk livin in there, so I moved to Park Merced.
