These apartment so expensive, comparing to the look, and the service, you can find a way better place for their prices and better service, and more comfortable and safer. I can't tell you how many problem I find in the building after moving in, and how noisy it is; and no one care for that and the management can't do anything about it. Look somewhere else before you decide to move to Westlake; and if you decide to move then check downstair the garage the wholeway, the garbage room, the people who live around you then use your common sense and ask yourself if you should sign a contract with them or move to their complexes.
