I used to live (2004 - 2005) in the apartments next to Lake Merced across from the Chevron Gas Station, those apartments were CRAP! Kids running around making noise all day every day no peace and quiet EVER! The apartment I rented was across from the laundry room, which was always dirty, broken washers/dryers daily and people breaking into them nightly. I could never leave my living room blinds open because we where on ground level, safety was a BIG issue.. Westlake Patrol never responds to any calls EVER, so I had to call DCPD!
I currently live in the apartments on Eastmoor Ave since 2007. Nice view, cool neighbors, clean laundry room, you get a garage with storage overall the building is more secure .....but..... OVERPRICED!!!
