Bad Treatment by a customer hotline

To whom it may concern,
I want the administrators of Westlake Village that they should be aware if not correct the mistakes of some hotline operators.i got a bad experience when i was locked out in my apartment and called the security hotline. the operator contacted the security then maybe to look at the files in the westlake office to look if im in the contract. for your information, im the occupant and my name was placed in the occupant form which is attached to the signee of the contract of the said apartment.then the hotline operator called me back informing me that based on the security findings that im not place in the contract. i told the operator that it was tru that myname is not on the contract because im not the signee of the contract and told her that my name is place on the occupant form.i expalined myside but she wont listen always insisting not im not place on the contract. i told here to please tell the security to look carefully the folder where the name of the lessee and attached to it was a occupant form that i myself submitted so i know what im saying. but the operator told me she cannot do anything about it and better to be back monday. (the incident happened at around 830pm on the saturday of april 18,2009) again i told the operator to assist me about this but she but in right away without finishing what im saying. then the security called me up and told me their is no name in the contract.again i said it was not place in the contract but on the occupant form where my name is.i told the security to please check one by one the papers inserted in the folder. at last the security find my paper. the security asked for apology. but when i called back the hotline operator and i know the same voice. told her that if she only assist me well regarding my case and talk to the security it wont happen this long. then she told me that i got the wrong person that im talking too. i insist she was the one with the same voice. i just want to make a point that when she told me to come back monday without thinking where will i sleep that night and the following day. their is no good service at all and in fact she competed in raising vioces and im still talking and she put off her line.
I know im not the only one having problems regarding this kind of bad service from some staff and operators of westlake apartment village. i really feel bad at all because we are paying are monthly dues on time but what kind of service wwestlake staffs are giving. my only suggestion is that before westlake will advertise about the place and amenities, they should check and see if the employees are giving good service. we need good service and accomodation but what did the hotline gave in return' bad service and bad accomodation.its really sad to say that westlake village apartment has a BAD SERVICE.
