Crappy Apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/26/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   These apartments should be taken out of every magazine. False advertising. Garbage everywhere. They make you sign three pages of rules which everyone here breaks. Loud noises, cars in the middle of streets louder than anything. Rent is over 1600 for a two bedroom apartment with molds, extremely cold. William Choutka is the property owner. They break civil code 1671 which states no late fees. This place should be condemned. I can not believe anyone here has protested anything. I lost my home and had no where to go and can not believe I ended up here. This is no place for families. Patrols are lousy, they just drop off their girlfriends at safeway. It says no dogs allowed, but people have dogs. Rules say no noise, people party till 2am with no west lake patrol responding. I can not believe the owner William Choutka is on the Daly City council.
