don't rent here - They changed management as of April 2008 and eversince they tried so hard to do fixtures of the whole entire building but the outcome made they tenants out of rage bec. they sky rocket the rent from $1060 to $1600 on their newly remodeled rooms. not worth it... water is occasionally shut off half of the day and manager is out of reach. basically this apt. bld. is not worth what your paying for!!! ...Full review of Chateau El Camino

Security = None I wish I read these review before I decided to sign the lease.
This place is horrible.
My car got broken in twice within a month, and I parked it both times right in front of the lobby. Everything inside my car got ripped out. (Security patrols?)

Very noisy and unsafe place People with a large family or many kids live in one unit. Too much noise, and no effective actions taken by the management.
Unsafe to live, because you will see people fighting there and policeman often knocks door to look for suspects.

This place Sucks!!!!! I looked at one of the apartments and first of all the window was broken, the stove abd refrigerator weren't working and the place needed a good cleaning. I was promised all these repairs before move in and it never happened. These people are a joke! Dont even bother
