This complex is discriminating towards people with kids. We were encouraged to rent because it was "family friendly". Then they tell all of the families (that are stuck in the back together) that the kids cannot skate, rollerblade OR even ride bikes. They have gone as far as to tell us the kids cant play outside at all because the noise bothers the other tenants. Now, as all of our kids friends leases are coming up, they are not renewing any leases with kids. We are currently looking to start a lawsuit for discrimination. The ladies in the office are rude, and the maintenance men are always saying rude comments to the children. It is very sad to be paying these prices and be treated this way...We have also had two sets of friends move out due to mold in their apts. We have not had THAT problem YET. BUYER BEWARE!!!

They charge extremeoly high rents and in 14 months we have had 2 water emergecies. The first time we had to find the maintanence workers and this time NONE of our 911 calls were answered
