Overpriced is an understatement From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/1/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Its obvious where the money goes. To the landscape. Rent is high. Staff is not helpful. Very strict rental agreement. They charge you for everything. Even to paint when you move! Which they do a real poor job. Painted right over the hair on the walls.
