Management Ignores your requests From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   At the end of the 10th month living at Seabrook, they began renovations in the unit below mine without any warning that there could be excessive noise. The pounding, hammering, sawing, continued for 2 weeks. It was so bad that my walls were vibrating & my clients (I work from home) were complaining that they couldn't hear me on the phone. I logged 10 complaints & received one response. I requested an appointment with management on 5 occasions and still have not been contacted. I requested to be released from my lease due to the excessive noise. They have ignored me completely .
