No Customer Service Skills From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   the Price was very high and they trick you into renting apartments that they only want to sell..not what you are interested in leasing. Their prices fluctuate significantly. Our neighbours had the same exact unit, moved in three months after us and pay $60 less a month than us and have washer, dryer and fridge ! we moved from the 2 bedroom into a 1 bedroom...and they said our deposit of $400 wasn't enough to cover the costs of cleaning the place. We kept it immaculate..and even cleaned it before the inspection. They just charge what they want to...steal your money and have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
