From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   After reading some of the online reviews, I hesitated to view this property, but I am glad I finally decided to take a look. What I found has absolutely no similarity to the bad reviews I have read. I found the staff to be VERY pleasant and helpful. They showed me several apartments and then showed them a second time when my husband. came to see them. We found one that cost a little more than we wanted to spend but, in comparison to others places I had seen, was wonderful. We moved in two months ago. The process was hassle-free. On top of that, every request we have made has been answered promptly and thoroughly (little things like a sticky lock, a noisy showerhead etc.). Service has been A As to parking, yes, people have too many cars so there is some jockeying around, but our reserved space that comes with the apartment has been open and there for me everyday without any trouble. The exteriors of the buildings are being painted and the staff has been competent, professional and friendly. I am glad we decided to live at Seabrook.
