dishonest From: jukijenjoyipyo@yahoo.com Date posted: 4/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   they take advantage of any opportunity to take and keep your hard earned money. they have serious mold issues they refuse to address,the first day that i moved in i had discovered a serious mold prblem & water damage. the manager had promised me another unit then after i was locked into the leased she then went back on her word. she is very unprofessional and will scream at her tenants if questioned on fairness or moneymatters. they kept my credit check deposit of $200, they kept my security deposit of $1600 and are trying to sue me for another $1600 for damages due to thier own poor maintainence. i cannot afford legal representation and these people are suing me, charging interest & have made it near impossible for me to get into an apartment elsewhere due to damaging my credit.
