Absolutely Horrible From: 12ICARUS21 Date posted: 9/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   This is the absolute worst place I have ever lived. The noise from the continuous cutting of the grass and the leaf blowers is horrific (clearly beyond the City's limits), the manager ( Debbie Block ) is a piece of work. Mean, nasty and bent on keeping your deposit, anyway she can. She is violating the terms of an agreement that R.W. Selby & Co which owns the complex had to enter into with the Attorney General of California back in 2001. There is mold everywhere, which is why the continually repaid everything. Ironically she moved from the complex so that her daughter wouldn't be exposed to the mold. They charge your security deposit for any slight imperfection in the walls, such as tack marks where things were hung. This place is a real rat-hole
