Love it here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008   I haved lived here about four yrs. and love it! Yes..they are old but many apts. are being renovated and if you love the beach it is perfect! You can have your feet on the sand in abt. 10min. or less. Many apts. this close have a much higher rent! Staff is friendly. If I had any problems with apt. or neighbors I talked to the manager and she was not rude at all. Maintenance not the greatest but friendly. Any place this close to the beach is going to have SOME mold. I am highly allergic to mold and have never had a problem. Parking is an issue at most complexes this close to the beach. Very kid friendly. Lots of sidewalks to ride bikes or scooters on. I have never had issues with noise. I live next door to babies and never hear them unless their window is open. Neighbors are very friendly. Most people do not even lock their doors...where can you do this in another place' I know some people have not had good experiences..but there are lots of people who are very happy living here and have lived here for over ten years!
