Best Apartment I've Lived in So Far.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Villas is a great community and I am so happy we were able to move in here. A brand new affordable apartment in the Blackhawk area, cannot beat it! The gym is beautiful and having it open 24 hrs is a great benefit to various work schedules people may have. The pool is a little small and no spa. The apartments are brand new and are beautiful. A lot better looking then some condos I have viewed. We were so happy to learn about the pet policy (dogs and cats--no pet rent!), but there were some recent issues with dog owners and threats that they may make it a no pet community. People were not cleaning up after their animals, which I understand no community owner would want. I am happy the issue was resolved and pet owners can stay, since we have a little dog. There is little to no noise and good parking availablility. The office staff is friendly and they take care of business asap. We plan on staying here for the next couple of years until we can purchase something on our own. I would highly recommend living here to anyone! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
