Alvarado Parkside - This is my 3rd apartment and how I wish I had found this place long ago. Rent is cheap and bedrooms are spacious. Wonderful manager and owner! The apartment is quiet, the landlord is really nice and lives on the property so if something needs to be fixed it is done in a flash (I have never had the problem myself)
