Great Place to Live - I lived here for a year, and as an older styudent I didn't want a crazy party apartment, just a nice, cozy, friendly place. I got just what I wanted; close to everything, but far enough away to not be surrounded my young kids. The staff is great, and they really try to take care you you. If you're looking for a good, nice, place, THIS IS IT! ...Full review of Chautauqua

- Chaparral Apartments are overall not a bad deal, the four-bedrooms, at least. We got out apartment on a sub-lease, and so our rent is substantially less than the norm. We submitted a repair request in the first few weeks about our shower not draining properly, and not only did our maintenance guy come fix it almost immediately, he also replaced our rather old shower heads. ...Full review of Chaparral Apartments

Awesome Staff, Very Good Complex - Casitas Del Valle really is a great place to live. Unfortunately, like many places in Davis, pricing is very high. Because we're trying to cram three into a two-bedroom townhouse just to afford the rent, we'll be moving elsewhere next fall. However, if you can afford the rent, Casitas is wonderful. The management is great. Not only will they make sure all problems ...Full review of Casitas Del Valle Apartments

Not bad - I rented a unit in a five-plex from College Town Realty. The exterior didn't look too spectacular but the interior looked pretty nice, the paint had been touched up a little and it looked clean. After the first few weeks, I noticed the water boilers below me were making noise, probably from mineral buildup (I could hear through the floor). We let College Town know and in the next ...Full review of College Town Realty

- I've lived at University Square now since August 2009. The apartments are secluded and feel safe and are somewhat quiet, although you can hear trains at night. The inside of the apartment is pretty nice- tiles floors in the kitchen, bathroom, and front entry. We have a patio which is really spacious, but it costs $50 extra a month. The appliances are very dated, however. ...Full review of University Square Apartments
