Think carefully before you move here - I wouldn't recommend Fifth Ave Apartments. I lived there just over a year. The managers, Acadia Apartments, are ruthless, rude, and intimidating. (The on-site manager is very nice and responsive.) There are other places in Davis just as nice, so take time to search. Yes - The apartment I live in is newly remodeled, everything is new. Manager is nice, signs packages for students not at home.
