This place has great management. THey are cool people and get maintenence work done quickly. THe pool are is kept beautiful and it usually remains quiet. I think the rent is a reasonable price, considering the complex does have bathrooms in each room and the complex is less than 5 years old. I'm glad I chose to live here overall.
