Adobe at Evergreen

I have lived in many places in Davis, and Adobe has been the best by far. The management is top of the line! They are very focused on making the apartment experience the best possible and will go miles for you if you are willing to ask for help.

The apartments themselves are awesome. They don't cost much more than average, but you get 100% more in terms of quality and amenities. Every person has their own mini-studio with a mini-fridge and microwave and the walls are really thick.

Adobe is really accesible to campus by both bike and bus, so I really recommend the location. The complex has nice, clean and generous laundry facilities and quarters are provided in the office.

You get a 24-Hour pool, spa and somewhat decent fitness center on site, the grounds are beautiful and the neighborhood is really good.

My only complaint is that it's really hard to get an apartment at Adobe. I had to wait two years before I actually got one. I would put my name on the list as early as possible (by Feb) if you want an apartment. I kept trying to get one in Mar-Apr.

I live in San Diego now and I will never have an apartment as nice as I did and at as good of a price.

Everyone gets their own bathroom!
